We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to support our Sales Managers servicing the fast-growing marketplace for Enterprise Onsite Data Eradication & IT Asset Retirement Services. Join the most innovative, cutting-edge team in the industry! This role is located at our state-of-the-art facility near Columbus, OH.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for sales managers by registering leads, qualifying and distributing them.
- Managing inbound requests through calls or emails from accounts related to leads and opportunities or quotes for new business.
- Supporting our sales managers by qualifying prospects, making calls and setting up appointments or conducting necessary research.
- Complete market research and analyze results to adjust sales and marketing strategy for maximum success
- Ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts.
- Practice a will to win mindset by taking on unique market challenges with a positive, can-do attitude
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
- Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Be flexible and able to work beyond regular business hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years sales marketing or similar position experience (preferably in a technology business environment)
- Proven success meeting quotas in a goal-driven environment
- Customer Obsessed
- Tech savvy
- Travel up to 10%
